Can I eat and drink before skydiving?
Before skydiving, it’s important to feel comfortable and prepared. We recommend having a light, balanced meal up to 2 hours before the jump – something easy to digest such as a banana, yogurt, toast, oatmeal, or a light sandwich with lean meat. This type of meal provides enough energy while preventing a heavy feeling or discomfort during freefall.
Drink enough water – hydration helps regulate body temperature and reduces nervousness. Avoid large amounts of sugary drinks or carbonated beverages right before the jump, as they can cause bloating and discomfort.
If you have a sensitive stomach or are prone to nausea, it’s best to choose a smaller meal and avoid fatty or heavy food. This way, the experience will be more enjoyable and free of unnecessary issues.
Alcoholic drinks are not allowed before the jump, as they can affect balance, concentration, and safety. This restriction is mandatory for all our adrenaline activities.
