Order Process

The order process is quick and easy and is done in a few steps. You can choose from various products that represent experiences from our offer. After the order is placed, you will receive one or more vouchers that represent individual products with experiences. User registration is not required for ordering products, but the user must submit the data necessary for the execution of the order and delivery of the voucher. For a more pleasant shopping experience, we acquaint you with the key steps of purchase and other necessary information.

 

Review and selection of products

  • Browse and view the offered products with various experiences on the website.
  • When viewing each product, the price of the experience and some other information related to the experience and its redemption are listed.
  • Add one or more products you wish to order to the shopping cart.
  • You can always review the contents of the cart and remove already added products, or add other products.
  • Products remain in the cart until you decide to continue or complete the order.
  • Products are automatically removed from the cart after a certain time if you do not proceed with the order.
 

Entering data

  • Continue the order by entering your data (e.g., email address, first name, last name, address, phone number, etc.) for the purposes of payment and delivery of vouchers related to the ordered products.
  • The entry of mandatory data is appropriately marked, other data can be entered optionally.
  • After receiving the payment, you will receive the vouchers in digital form (PDF file) by email.
 

Choice of payment method, review, and submission of the order

  • Continue the order by choosing the payment method for the ordered products.
  • You can choose from the following payment methods:
    • payment by proforma invoice (bank transfer),
    • payment with credit/debit cards,
    • payment with the PayPal system.
  • Simultaneously with the choice of payment method, you can view a summary of your order, which also shows the total payment amount.
  • After reviewing the summary, submit the order by clicking the confirmation button.
 

Processing and confirmation of the order

  • After submitting the order, you will receive an email message, which will be equipped with information on the confirmation of the order or with data for payment of the proforma invoice, which must be paid for the order to proceed to further processing.
  • In further processing, we will review and confirm your order, but it may also be rejected for some reason.
  • For verification of submitted data or to ensure the accuracy of delivery of ordered products, we may call you on your contact telephone number if necessary.
  • The ordered vouchers in e-format (PDF) will be received within a message to your email address, which you entered when placing the order.
  • If products are not available for certain reasons on the part of our business partners, we may also reject your order for such a reason. From the day of rejection, your order ceases to be valid.
