Can I return a voucher and request a refund?
If the purchased voucher or selected experience does not meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds can be easily requested through your user account or by completing a request on the dedicated refunds page. If the 14-day refund period has expired, you can still exchange the voucher for another experience within the validity period of the voucher or experience. Refunds are not possible for value gift vouchers, but they can be used to purchase any experience from our offer.
